ICC Young Arbitrators Forum – “Arbitrating in Southeast Europe: The case of Kosovo

Prishtina, 15 October 2015  –  The Alternative Dispute Resolution Center hosted the first event of ICC / Young Arbitrators Forum in Kosovo with the topic “Arbitrating in Southeast Europe: The case of Kosovo. Panel members of this forum were Ivana Blagojevic, Deputy Counsel at ICC Court of Arbitration (Paris), David Greer, Chief of Party at USAID Kosovo Contract Law Enforcement Program (Washington D.C.), Ahmet Hasolli, Partner at Kalo & Associates (Pristina), Olivier Luc Mosimann, Associate at LALIVE (Zurich) and was moderated by Neritan Kallfa, Partner at Tonucci & Partners (Tirana). This forum featured insights on arbitration in Southeast Europe, with a special focus on Kosovo, where panel members and the audience had the chance to discus and share their experiences.
