Electricity is essential for the well-functioning of hospitals, water supply, factories that today produce the necessary medical and protective equipment, for the media that keeps us informed, as well as for the electronic equipment that enable us to communicate daily and work remotely at this quarantine time.
Therefore, the electricity distribution company KEDS has immediately mobilized by preparing an action strategy in accordance with each movement and taking countermeasures at each step. As a result of the tireless work of KEDS workers, the electricity supply has been uninterrupted even at this time of crisis.
In parallel with the basic operations that provide a stable supply of electricity, KEDS has also taken all protective measures against the coronavirus, based on the decisions of the Government of Kosovo and the guidelines of the National Institute of Public Health.
