Prishtina, March 21, 2022 – The Business Process Outsourcing Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce held a meeting, where the 2022 objectives and plans of this committee were discussed.
Fatos Ameti from Sonnecto, and also chairperson of the BPO Committee, said that this committee should work on the affirmation of the BPO sector in Kosovo. He stressed that the assistance of state institutions is very important in creating a strong sector of Business Process Outsourcing.
Further, the members of this committee discussed the importance of promoting Kosovo in penetrating the foreign market. In addition, they discussed the possibilities of establishing a training center and a strategic plan for the government to promote Kosovo as an attractive place for outsourcing business processes.
