This service will initially be valid only for Clients in Prishtina and Fushë Kosovë, whereas it is expected to expand to other cities in the coming weeks.
By calling the Call Center for Customer Support at: 800 400 40 or by contacting Kujtesa on the official Facebook page, you can notify them of the expiration of your services and the address of your residence, and they will send the bill collector at your home to make the payment happen. Your services will be activated immediately afterwards.
