Meeting on Benefits of Commercial Arbitration for Lawyers

Prishtina, June 22, 2017 – The Arbitration Center of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo organized a meeting on the Benefits of Commercial Arbitration for Lawyers. Osman Havolli, President of the Bar Association and Kujtim Kerveshi, lawyer, arbiter and law professor, participated as panelist, giving an overview to the benefits lawyers can expect by referring cases to commercial arbitration.

Osman Havolli emphasized the importance of commercial arbitration in Kosovo legal system and encouraged the audience into exploring further the field of international commercial arbitration.

According to Kujtim Kerveshi, no contract shall be tailored without the arbitration clause. This, due to the fact that a lawyer shall have in mind growing through the growth of his/her client company and always have their best interest at heart.
