Prishtina, November 12, 2021- Under the moderation of Arian Zeka, executive director at the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, the next forum was held with Shaqir Palushi, Founder of the company Frutex, who shared his success story within the Global Entrepreneurship Week.
Palushi mentioned difficulties, such as the lack of experience in manufacturing, lack of facility in manufacturing, lack of experts, technology, and transportation, as factors that have influenced the development of a business years ago.
He further said that it takes determination and commitment because there has been slow business growth since he started, given the community’s skepticism about local manufacturers. As for today, he said that the freedom of movement outside Kosovo and the empowerment of companies have evolved over the years.
According to Palushi, young people should continue to stay in Kosovo and create new businesses because in Kosovo there is a good climate for entrepreneurship.
