Prishtina, 30 November, 2017 – When starting a business one must be ready for continuous challenges, but being persistent and flexible in managing those challenges is the key to success said Ardian Hoxha, CEO of American School of Kosova to the students of Faculty of Economy at the University of Prishtina during the lecture on “Overcoming the difficulties in starting a business” as part of AmCham Speaker Series.
Hoxha encouraged the students to use time efficiently and always be willing to learn. These virtues are especially needed for those who aim to have their own business. Hoxha said that all businesses start from an idea aiming to solve a certain problem, but in this rapidly changing era, one has to act fast and not only follow but be a leader at changes. Therefore, being focused and ready to act fast is important, this mindset will pave the way for businesses that can expand beyond borders, implied Hoxha. During the session, he also informed the students about numerous financial opportunities in Kosovo that support young generations with new business ideas.
